CommitPath Baseball provides an automated recruiting exposure service that sends emails to college coaches on behalf of athletes, based on the information provided by the user.
We do not guarantee scholarships, offers, commitments, roster spots, responses from coaches, or any specific recruiting outcome.
Results vary depending on the athlete, level, timing, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Eligibility & Minors
Our services may be used by individuals under the age of 18 only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The user (and/or parent or legal guardian) is solely responsible for ensuring that proper authorization has been obtained before using the service.
4. Plans, Pricing & Payments
We offer one-time purchases and monthly subscription plans. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Some subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the free trial.
At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, billing will occur automatically, and charges will repeat monthly until canceled.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
- Once canceled, no further payments will be charged
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund for any already-processed payments
No refunds are provided, except in rare and extreme circumstances at our sole discretion.
There is no notice period required to cancel.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.

CommitPath Baseball provides exposure only. Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including athletic performance, academic eligibility, coach needs, timing, and roster availability.
No guarantees are expressed or implied.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of CommitPath Baseball and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Some subscription plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No charge is made during the trial period. Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
- Cancellation takes effect immediately
- Access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period
- No further payments will be charged after cancellation
No notice period is required.
4. One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided after payment. Refunds may be granted only in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of CommitPath Baseball.
Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
